Return Policy

The Return policy offers you the option to return items purchased within 14 days of receipt. In case of returns, we will issue Store Credit in your account which you could use against your next purchase from our website.
All items to be returned must be unused and in their original condition with all original tags and packaging intact, and should not be broken or tampered with.

What is the Process that is followed in case of Return?

  • Email and inform us that you would like to return the product
  • Once we have received the product, our quality assurance team would inspect the product (Its condition)
  • Our Escalations team would call and confirm the reason for sending the product back and take a feedback from you
  • Only in cases where, the product is in its original condition, we would issue Store Credits which you could use against your next purchase

What are the options available for me if I want to return the product?

  1. Blue Dart Drop Off:
  • Pack the item in a box
  • Paste the ‘ Paid Return Shipping label’ on the box
  • Share the Account No: 252530
  • Mention our Address, same as the one on Invoice
  • Handover the product to them and pay no additional charge
  • The product would be delivered to us
  1. Pick Up Service:
  • Call us at our customer care number
  • Check if we have pick up services available in your location (Currently we pick up returns only in selected PIN Codes. If your delivery location is serviceable, we would come and pick the item from you doorstep)
  • We would pick the product in minimum 7-10 days, after the order has been placed
    Note: Pick Ups are free of cost; do not pay anything to the person who comes to pick the items.
  1. Any Courier Service:

  • Select any courier service
  • Mention our Address, same as the one on Invoice
  • Handover the product to them and pay for their services
  • The product would be delivered to us
    Note:You will be reimbursed Rs. 100 only towards your shipping costs. This is subject to your returns being inspected and successfully processed upon receipt at our end.

How do I return a product?

Fill out a returns form: You can use the returns form that was sent with the order or download and print one from our site (URL should be mentioned here/hyperlink could be added). Send the product through any option which has been listed for you above.

Note: If you choose to self-ship your returns, kindly pack the items securely to prevent any loss or damage during transit. Any damage would not be borne by the company.

What If I receive a damaged or broken product?

Please inform us within 48 hours if you receive the product damaged or broken. We would issue Store Credit in your account which you could use against your next purchase.
If you inform us post 48 hours about the product being broken or damaged, we will be more than happy to repair the product for you(as per the product warranty). Please feel free to email/call or chat with us to inform and send the product back to us.

When are returns not possible?

**Jewellery:

a.    Personalized goods
b.    Gold coins and silver coins
c.    Painted Jewellery
d.    Certificate of authenticity, warranty card etc missing (Irrespective of whichever brand, we must not accept such products back)
e.    Product is in used condition
f.    Customized rings/pendants/tops/studs

How do I cancel the item that I have purchased before it is dispatched from the warehouse?

Cancellation is an easy step:

  • Call us on our customer care number
  • Provide us your Order ID and register the request for cancellation
  • Our team would call back, check for the reason
  • Cancellation would be confirmed

I have changed my mind and would like to retain the product. What do I do?

    All refunds are done on the original mode of payment. If you have paid online through a credit/debit card the refund will be processed on the same card. If you have paid through COD, you will be sent a cheque within 14 days.
  1. I want my refund cheque to be issued on a different name. Is that possible?
    Absolutely! All we need is an authorization email from you, using the same email ID which was used while placing the order. Please check the format mentioned below:

    I, (YOUR NAME) would like to request a name change on my refund cheque. Please send me a cheque on name of (NAME OF THE PERSON). I authorize this change.
